Description of Included in this activity are:
Task Cards
Students will complete 20 task cards. They will look for the visually similar letter and mark it with dry erase marker, manipulatives, or tokens.
Matching Memory Game
The first student turns over 2 cards. If they match, they keep the pair. If not a match they turn them back over. Players continue to take turns until all cards are matched up. Each player must try to remember where they have seen the cards, so they can use them to make a match.
Sound Drill Practice
Show students picture card. Student says the word. Students share what beginning sound they hear and record the letter on the answer sheet.
Letter Reversal Bingo
Use Drill Card to draw one card at a time and say the letter name. Have your child or students cover the spot on their board if they have that letter. (You can use pom poms, buttons, gems or any other small item to cover the board.)
Google Slides Activity
Google Slides activities can be used during whole group or assigned to google classroom to practice sorting visually similar letters.
